CRANE HIRE and CONTRACT LIFTING

Scope
B.E.S. operates crane hire throughout Essex, the South East, East Anglia and London providing crane hire and contract lifting for ad hoc or contract jobs. The company gives a a timely, efficient and high quality service that ensures its customers return time and again.

With cranes of 30 tonne and 60 tonne capacities and jib heights of up to 38 metres B.E.S. Crane Hire is able to provide lifting services for building projects, block and beam installations, machinery removals and installations, air conditioning installations, generator lifting e.t.c.
     

Prices
B.E.S. cranes are available for periods as short as 1/2 a day as well as long term contracts. Prices for contracts are quoted promptly. Where necessary detailed site surveys are carried out to ensure that the customers requirements can be met, any concerns they have be addressed and the contract carried out in accordance with the current Health and Safety regulations.

Service
Each project has a Project Supervisor who will be responsible for:

  • The site survey
  • Risk Assessment and Safety
  • Insurance
  • Liason with Local Authorites if road closure or parking restrictions are required
  • Liason with neighbours if necessary

Safety
All the cranes, associated equipment and lifting tackle are regularly tested and are operated within the guidelines laid down by the manufacturers. Certificates for all our equipment are available for inspection.

All the contracts undertaken comply with the Safe Use of Cranes Act 1989 and the requirements of BS7121

Operators are all provided with high visibility jackets, safety hard hats, gloves and protective footware

Insurance
B.E.S. have full insurance for all the equipment we operate including £5 million Public Liability
